Mayor Castor hands out Mother’s Day flowers at construction impacted florist shop

Business is closing, due to construction, completely blocking their entrance for MONTHS!! The mayor visited Moates Florist, on mothers day, to "help" deliver flowers. smh 🙁
This is the business my Grandmother and Great Grandfather started. Its a travesty as she mocks them by delivering flowers, while the business dries up, withers and dies. 😢😢😢😢😢😢
