$160/hour using the Oreck Orbital- low moisture cleaning where my steam cleaning equipment can’t go

Today I am cleaning with the oreck orbital carpet machine. These machines generally run around $400. You can find them occasionally at your local Goodwill for under $100. This is a great way to get into the carpet cleaning industry. Here I am making $160 in one hour. I use the low moisture solution from my so daddy.com it is made specifically for this type of cleaning. At $25 per gallon and a use ratio of 8 ounces per gallon you can get plenty of jobs done out of 1 gallon. I use a 2 gallon sprayer so I use 16 oz. per gallon in that, so I will get about eight full jobs. I typically do 100% steam cleaning however today I was challenged with a difficult visitor parking and multiple steps into the complex. I figured it would not be wise to run the hoses throughout the parking lot and walkways to the apartment as this could be a trip and fall hazard. I have no desire to watch my liability insurance go up. So the oreck orbiter saved the day. The lighting was kind of bad in the apartment and the carpet had a lot of miles on it.
