  1. Incredibly frustrating. . Find somwthing better to report on. People who drink and drive impaired .. take other peoples lives. Let them be a little put off.

  2. At the very least these people that were required to attend the class should be reimbursed for the course and any lost wages and travel expenses. I often wonder of the true value of these courses. A hefty fine and maybe license suspended for first-time offenders and jail time for repeat offenders. For most first-time offenders a fine possible license suspension and public ridicule is more than enough to prevent them from doing it again. Due to the huge cost of maintaining these programs, they should be reserved for habitual offenders.
