  1. What’s sad is how sad this is and these poor families are being used as tools to prop up how kind humanity is GUVE ME A F**king break it’s the bare minimum of that and a tax write off they don’t give a 💩 about those poor people they only care about the content and propaganda. I really don’t think I have anything left for humanity and I suspect I’m not alone

  2. Metropolitan Ministries is the biggest charity "fraud" out there. in Tampa they will make you take a PSYCHIATRIC exam and fill out HOURS worth of paperwork and meet with a staff member to interview you for HOURS discussing your past AKA my mother being choked unconscious and beat bloody before my eyes by my dad. He did this because he thought my mom believe my sister that he had raped her. I had to go through all the abuse I endured for years brutal abuse and being an alcoholic at age 15 and forced into 3 rehabs, And I almost died a week before my 17th birthday my parents was told I'd be a vegetable for the rest of my life. I had to rehash go through all of that RE- traumatization all of that BEFORE you can "prove" to them that you are "fit" for their HOMELESS program. I years ago ( so I know what I'm talking about here) went through all their steps I was sleeping in my CAR. I went to take the Psychiatric exam that they make EVERYONE take. They pay for it. The Dr. filled out the paperwork and said everything was good. But when I took it back to Metropolitan Ministries I was told it wasn't good enough and that the Dr. performed the WRONG type of psychological evaluation. Metropolitan Ministries in Tampa put me through hell, got ALL my information and to this day I think they mostly harvest people's data, make a big show of how they help people good publicity means more money in their pockets and left me sleeping in my car. But I can say thank you to them because I will one day have my own homeless shelter and thanks to them I know what NOT to do. And how NOT to treat people. PS I am happy that they did help this family. But I trust Metropolitan Ministries as far as I can throw them.

  3. Very happy for them and thankful for those that blessed them, but I pray they also helped the homeless that doesn't have a family that are also out there needing help like this! I do whatever I can when I come across anyone that appears to be homeless 🙏 they all need our help.
