Don't be fooled people. These neighbors have deeds with easements on Goodson's property, but were they properly granted? Did Goodson or a landowner of the property in question ever grant an easement or is there an easement attached to his deed? You can't just use Goodson's property because it was always done or there is a path there to their landlocked properties.

This is a pressure THUG technique! Because the other landowners are older and their holdings smaller, this thug is creating an atmosphere of pressure and stress to break them to sell to him, probably at a loss. As no one else would want to buy their holdings with such a hostile thug as a neighbour. It is an obvious greed try on and this bastard should see jail time.
