The Leadership Tallahassee Program Director will promote the missions of Leadership Tallahassee and Youth Leadership Tallahassee. The Program Director works intently with workers and volunteers to plan and implement packages and initiatives associated to the improvement and nurturing of leaders taking part in Leadership Tallahassee and its varied packages. As well as, he/she’s going to help the mission, packages and actions of the Better Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce.

Tasks:
Youth Leadership Tallahassee
- Arrange and attend Orientation, Opening Retreat, Commencement and program days in addition to another formally designated occasions, together with social events.
- Coordinate a Youth Leadership Tallahassee Steering Committee to watch all actions associated to recruitment, choice, curriculum, fundraising and alumni actions
- Analysis finest practices for continuous program enchancment
Leadership Tallahassee
- Present help in presenting the flagship Leadership Tallahassee grownup program and post-graduate LT Alumni programming.
- Present the Leadership Tallahassee Board of Governors with data as requested.
- Attend management coaching conferences as designated by the LT Board.
- Preserve a presence on social media shops as crucial.
- Oversee publishing the LT Membership listing
Group Board Improvement
- Coordinate all actions associated to the Constructing Higher Boards coaching seminar in cooperation with a volunteer chair/committee together with program planning, advertising, registration and analysis.
- Implement Constructing Higher Boards: the Fundamentals & month-to-month LeaderBoard enews submission.
Group Relations
- Promote Leadership Tallahassee and its packages in the space by attending group conferences, sharing information and experience,
- Foster new collaborations to advertise the mission of LT/YLT.
- Preserve a working relationship with the training group together with public faculties, non-public faculties, parochial faculties, post-high college coaching packages and institutes of upper training.
- Coordinate grant submissions with group funders
- Take part when requested to supply coaching and knowledge relating to group youth management subjects and points.
Administration
- Preserve a proper program of labor doc for Leadership Tallahassee/Youth Leadership Tallahassee.
- Present stories to the Better Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce upon request.
- Preserve correct membership data by means of WebLink
- Oversee working budgets and preserve correct monetary data
- Submit for cost of all bills to Chamber Finance Division
