When you buy them, they are Tuway Thin One bonnets. Poly/Rayon blend.
I really think they are a blend of cotton and acrylic. Acrylic tends not to resist wear that successfully. I think that would fit with how easily the Oreck bonnets fuzz out upon using them. I still use them and enjoyed your “autopsy” analysis of it’s construction. Thank you!
It has been obvious from the beginning that the oreck pads are probably a blend and not truly cotton.The 15" gladiator pads from trinity have been my go to pad but I need to give the iron man pad a try. Thanks for all the great videos Paul. By the way did you try the 15 inch driver hack a go yet ?
