Ahh the glorious HOA. They're the first to collect your money and in this case have their lawyers fight to not have to fix their private road.

its been a joke of mine for years that a politician cant figure how to fix a hole they will probably spend 100.000 thousand dollars on a study group to tell us its a hole

Newly paved roads are starting spider all over pinellas. Pot holes are forming. Gonna be a bad time indeed.
