The Officer did what he had to do. The boy didn't give him a choice. A 13 year old can kill you just as easy as an adult if he has a gun and knows how to use it. The sad question is what in the world is a 13 year old doing with a gun? I'm waiting to here how he obtained it. If it belonged to Mom or Dad and they didn't keep it locked up, they need charges as well.

'everyone saw it' though we have 3 "suspects" in a foot pursuit likely going in different directions. — 2.) 13 year old suspects round the corner, stops to ambush the pursuing officer to shoot him in the foot? — 3.) The pursuit continues, after the officer is shot in the foot to another location for another shoot out? — 4.) The secondary shoot out includes several other officers where upon the 13 year old is taken to the hospital (flown) while no other officers are injured nor the same officer pursuing receiving any further injury? — YET THERE SHOULD BE NO NEED FOR ANY VIDEO EVIDENCE REVIEW! NOT TO MENTION SOMEHOW THE PARENT(S) ARE TO BLAME? There should be a full and thorough investigation especially considering where this took place and within who department it occurred after all Grab'm up Grady considers all who aren't party to his militant tactics a THUG!
