Developers always get what they want from any commission. Every thing gets approved. More tax dollars so they can spend more. Why not just say no sometimes.

I hate seeing things like this. Once the Zoning Board and the Board of County Commissioners make up their mind, it is over. They only look at how it will increase taxes, not how it effects people. The highway will bring in businesses and TAX money. They do not care that your property will be destroyed and decrease in value. They already have a plan for that area and they WILL run over anyone who gets in their way.

I read about a man in his 50s who started investing in stocks and real estate and then retired in 2 years with over $6 million and that is my main goal and I would really appreciate any tips and advice on how to achieve this goal. in 5 years. We see it as, he wants us to renew his memorial, every year, after the floods.

They build a highway that close to your house and your house is ruined. Trust me. A freeway got widened next to my house 34 years ago. It wasn't so bad until the past 8 years. Population has exploded and everybody wants the loudest mufflers they can get. The noise is unbearable.
