We owe it to our profession to let potential new start ups know that they should Study the craft before doing on the job training. This could be the difference in making it or just being a part time side hustle.
I was certified early in my career
I attended many training seminars
I continue to read books on business

You must be prepared before going out on a wing and a prayer.

Work for another company for 6 months and gain knowledge and confidence before starting.

I never intended for someone to watch a couple of my videos and go into business.

Lots have. Some are doing fine because they already have business skills, customer service knowledge and basic common sense.

Don’t bet the FARM unless you are 100% prepared.
