The jobs in Lakeland are trash, they are reluctant to hire an experienced 40 year old let alone a young 14 year old with no experience. and there are not many black owned businesses around to really offer support and create jobs. The state and county are ran by republicans and pretty much on one accord, don’t want nothin to do with the black community pretending it doesn’t exist so how you expect these boys to work for something in life when there is no work 😂
