According to the Office of the State Attorney in Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit, Edward M. Harris, Jr. of Wakulla County was found guilty of first degree murder, child neglect, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The incident occurred July 18, 2020.
