  1. What's in the contract? If the contract states they must do repairs and are resplendent for the warranty then how is the new debt owners not obligated to hold it up without voiding the contract totally?

  2. My question is do sense that company folded up and went out of business I'd sure like to know what happened because first of all you're not supposed to call the phone number to disconnected and you're not supposed to go to website that doesn't exist so tell me this I wonder why basically people are calling phone numbers that are disconnected all over the country because of this nonsense because I can tell you right now something really shady is going on and I think all of us would like to know why? But that's the beauty of it there are going to be more car dealerships closing their doors for good it's something is not done.

  3. This is just the beginning!… Everyone with a loan through dealers financings get ready because dealers are going under… This is due to dealers being upsidedown on their overpaid floorplan inventory!… This is what happens when everything revolves around debt both on the consumer and dealership!… Stay debt free and owe no man anything!

  4. Seeing that Portfolio Recovery was messaging them is a red flag because the company when challenged properly to Credit Bureus fails to even provide proof of owning the debt and several states even have the company black listed from even doing business in the state for their illegal collection practices. Anyone who gets contacted by the company needs to contact the original company and not pay Portfolio a dime since their parent company when I looked into them was already trying to disown that Portfolio was even associated to them because of all the laws they were breaking were tarnishing the parent companies name.

  5. I would trade that vehicle in towards another vehicle purchase from a place that will finance me and regain piece of mind as well as a solid vehicle and loan that has a warranty should the vehicle need repairs… it might end up costing more, but it would be worth it just to get out of that mess and deal with all that stress… See what I did there😬… and I wasn’t even trying either👍😬🤘

  6. You can tell the first woman she interviewed is a Karen and probably a democrat. First thing she had to state was how her son was "non verbal autistic." I bet he's"non binary" too

  7. It sounds like all those bad credit people are making excuses on why they feel they shouldn't pay. Bitch they're giving you directions on how to pay so do it. You're going to give the excuse that you don't know where your money is going so you're not going to pay that's why you have bad credit
