A small residential construction company in PA took hundreds of deposits on jobs kitchens & bathrooms told them it was 3-4 months waiting list then they went out of business when the employees quit the onwer is gone to Canada

Has the construction company actually gone bankrupt (legal) or did the owner just take off with all the cash without doing any of the required work (perhaps illegal)? That's probably one of the reasons the State Prosecutor is investigating this…
