I just want to know what the "RECIPE" Is for this awesome mildew and mold removal?? You DONT mention~ how much ammonia and how much of the MicroBan. Could YOU PLZ let me know the ratio of each? Or are you ONLY using one product? TY so much!!!

Thank you so much for doing this. Many videos do a decent job but SO MANY forget how important the camera placement is. This is extremely clear in terms of materials needed, steps to take, and a camera angle that isn't a phone in one hand or down on the floor.

If the home owners had been sensitive to mold, they probably would have had to move out of this house after this. This was pretty much a how-to not to do it video. I lost everything i own twice because of mold. This ain't no joke. Everything should have been removed and thrown away right away. Do not try to clean any of this, including the wall. Wear a full suit with a respirator, and remove any affected material.

Also they sell mold killing paint primer & no NOT “killz” .. THAT brand does not kill mold at all only stains

Dumb for putting your foot in there, congratulations you just spread the spores everywhere you walked after that🙄

MASK your mouth and nose, maybe even a cover all over your head and body for black mold. Not so sure kicking those dry spores making them airborne is the best thing to do I know in most cases it is better to lift things dry but in the case of mold.

What about the mold under the carpet in the foam padding? Shouldn’t you cut that out and replace it?
