Nice job Paul, thanks for the mention. One thing you can say when talking about the benefits of the Clo2 is that not only is it a soft surface sanitizer, it also neutralizes allergens from animals, dust mites and pollens!

Great job as always, Paul. I use a 4-step process for steam cleaning for every carpet job that I do. I use an ETM mounted setup vs a traditional gas mounted setup. I do vlm on commercial carpets but not on residential unless the soil content is very low. But VLM is definitely easier, there's no doubt.
