Carpet cleaned a basement. My new customer moved into this townhome 2 weeks ago and still smell pet urine. The landlord claimed that the carpet was cleaned. I saw pet urine all over the carpet under the black light that wasn’t seen with the naked eye. Amazing carpet lines were made also.
