Did he get picked up on a false immigration status charge and/or incorrectly deported? What about every "John Doe" admitted to hospitals in the area in the past 3 months? Is he incapacitated but stable and moved to a long-term care facility? Does he drive regularly in areas where he could've slipped off the road and into water? Have they called local impound lots looking for his car if it's missing too?
