Tallahassee, Fla. – At this time, the Florida Division of Agriculture and Shopper Companies (FDACS) Office of Agricultural Law Enforcement (OALE) introduced they’ve arrested Magdiel Echevarria-Martinez of Orlando for tampering with a gasoline pump at a 7-11 in Volusia County, Florida.
