Florida business owner reports disaster aid delay

Covid was 3 yts ago. If he hasn't figured out how to run his business yet, that's not tax payers problem. People don't have extra money to install solar, or they're figuring it out, that they're toxic & you have to replace them every 5 years. Why would tax payers be on the hook, for his bad investments? 👎 pfft. Besides, all that stuff is up on shelves, doesn't look like a hurricane got him. Investigate why he wants money.
