Tuesday was the last day of school at Florida High, and it was a signing day for cousins Carter Rothell and Brooks Hickman. Rothell, who specializes in the 400 and 800 meter events, will compete for the Florida State track and field team, while Hickman – a receiver – will join the Georgia State football program.
