So do not touch our the Un alienable rights of our guaranteed true free and independent states from any overreaching Governments having No authority to take those inherent God given rights, with a guarantee of protection to a people !!!!!!!!!!!!! You need the support of the citizens of said state and the Federal government! More over according to federal law there has to be a state constitution in order for Florida to become or in this case retain statehood. I have nothing against term limits or adding more days to the state legislative session but NOT when a supermajority that panders to right-wing jihadists spewing all manner of anti-democratic rhetoric and have no issue in resorting to violence and outright murder to get what they want.
