  1. Would have poured water .but the concrete might be cleaner than the rest .I have always believed there are more uses to presprays
do they attack.Grease ,grime,IUse Hardball Chem.Pow r Pak pine or orange. For Carpet ,area Rugs,Tile and Grout .Degreasing.Can't remember when it failed. One product .Neutral Ph./Acidic. .Hope all is Fantastic.

  2. It is probably the polymer. We use a lot of Hydrox it is a peroxide based encap loaded with polymer. if you get it on anything hard surface, plastic etc it will leave a white film. I put some in a spray bottle once, cleaned a plastic litter box, kitchen counter tops and a couple other things around the house. Did not notice I grabbed the wrong bottle at the time. Later I could actually peel the polymer off. Spilled a little once on a driveway as well. It was nice and black. Looked like I had spilled milk ! Took our Dupray Hill Injection Steamer at about 350 degrees to get it off of there 🙄 Again this was Encap Hydrox but was defiantly the polymer. Let me be clear, I am not running down Hydrox ! It is awesome for organic problems on carpet, upholstery etc. Just not blacktop and driveways 😒 Hope this helps

  3. I own a pressure washing company you cleaned it the same way we would of cleaned it with beach and a wand the black stuff is mold on the concrete she needs the whole driveway clean so you did okay. She was just trying to get a new driveway out of you

  4. First off, these things happen. That driveway is shot, not a reason to say its ok but seems like someone was looking for a handout, something to try and take advantage of with this situation. Good job cleaning it up!
