Judge Danielle Brewer rules to deny the motion of protection for Roberta Laundrie’s “burn after reading” letter. Immediately after the ruling, the attorney for Brian Laundrie’s parents gives the letter to Gabby Petito’s family.

The letter was written after Brian killed Gabby to convince Brian to comeback home because his mother will help him get away with murder. That was the purpose of the letter. I bet Roberta kept her word and digg her parents for bones to stop the hunt for Brian and convince public opinion there is no point to look for him anymore.

First of all, I do not believe that woman wrote that letter before Brian killed Gabby that would be a letter that you would want to keep from your mother not “burn after reading”… i’m not buying it. I don’t care what the attorney says about the clues. I think she wrote that letter after he told her what he did to Gabby that is my belief, and that will always be my belief because I am a mother of a son women always want to protect their son but if my son does wrong, I will be the first to call the police if he hurts a woman I will be the first one to call the police. I will be the first want to tell the police what happen I will be the first want to tell them to take him to jail women, are weird about their sons… to the point where they protect them at all costs I don’t know why I watched my father beat the crap out of my mother most of her life. Why would I protect my son if he did the same to his wife.., I wouldn’t flat out I wouldn’t sun or no son
This is a civil lawsuit. The plaintiffs don't have to meet the burden of proof that would apply to the prosecution's case in a criminal trial
It really speaks to what Brian Laundrie treasured if his mom did write him that letter before his epic road trip that he held onto and kept close that letter from his mom about how she'd help him bury a body, get new guts, bake him a cake with an escape weapon in it if he got jailed, etc. Brian and preserved that letter, returned it home safely and didn't destroy it, he even took it with him along with just a few things when he left home again after his return to Florida, but he never treasured or protected Gabby or return her home safely….
