DESCRIBE RE-EXAMINATIONS! What are we reexamining. My son DIED and only after he was dead did they re-examine him at 100% disabled. He deserved better and I told his doctor in the beginning he needed help or he was going to hurt someone or himself. They didn’t listen they gave us a shit show thinking we couldn’t see through it! Now he’s dead! Ask me if they care!

They would rather pay for inefficiency than approve a disability claim. The longer they draw out your claim the closer you are to death.

They need to care for our veterans…many do not get the care they need.

ATTORNEY Bill Stravinsky specializing in denied VA claims, Honey bunch I'm sure you take each client's situation personally but I think with them putting these vets through even MORE BS and making tax payers foot a $10 MILLION bill which clearly is money thrown in the trash .The VA is taking these vets and the tax payers for a ride that neither of us want. I think you should file a class action lawsuit against the VA on behalf of all these veterans. Get that 10 million $$$ and MORE back where it belongs, into the hands of these vets. Sounds to me like you've already won your case with the Inspector General's findings. Really how much more evidence is needed? Going to the Dr. is stressful for ANYONE but to put our vets through un needed exams when most already have PTSD, it's like they were being TARGETED By the VA!!!!! Adding even MORE stress, hardship and suffering onto our vets. Please consider one massive class action law suit against the VA send them a message loud and clear that this will not be tolerated by the vets or the tax payers. Thank you for your services.
