Jan. 6 anniversary: 2 years later

Lt. Michael Byrd murdered Ashley Babbitt. The facts do not meet DC's statute authorizing the use of deadly force. He should have been arrested and charged. She was unarmed and no person was in imminent danger of death or serious bodily harm by Ms. Babbitt. Byrd was > 2x her size and could have restrained her easily. No statute of limitations for murder, hopefully justice for her.

Maybe you’ll report the truth this year, that only 1 person died, an unarmed white female patriot veteran shot by a black male fed capitol police. No one was armed at their mostly peaceful protest. After being gaslit all summer over the riots, this characterization was the cherry on the BS sundae.
