Judge hits red light before Hillsborough County residents can vote on transportation tax referendum

Transportation tax doesn't mean better roads. Proof NYC has Transportation tax and their roads are rough.

If the residents of hillsborough county have to learn to live within there means then so should the county itself

And lets not forget how the country changes the timing of there red lights every time they need more money

Look hillsborough county has already increased your water bill and sewage bill, FPL has already charging a sur tax on people who have solar systems on there homes and I understand TECO may also be doing this. Now they want to take more money from your pockets I say NO to any other taxes. It is not the tax payers of hillsborough county fault that the H. County can not manage there own money and keeps asking for more

If they really care, why don't they take pay cut and reduction in benefits, including their pensions. Most people who work in private sectors do not earn the kind of money or have the kind of benefit these people have. Are they civil servants or civil masters? I bet they will have a different opinion if that was put on the November Ballot.

Until HART focuses on the people actually riding their buses instead of spending available funds to get people out of their cars the bus system in this county will continue to stink.
