LOL. Florida residents just got hoodwinked. Now you get higher rents and higher insurance rates while at the same time you cannot sue the insurance company for committing fraud! HAHAHAHA

Wow Floridian govt supports businesses and hates their citizens what a shock. Maybe vote out Desantis and you can get something working but until then you'll just get more

I am born & raised Floridian. I agree that insurance companies are a huge problem, but please dont forget to consider that there has been massive fraud perpetrated by lawyers & careless homeowners that resulted in massive amounts of fraudulent claims. There is evil on both sides of this issue, & until that gets fixed, this is only going to get worse.

Anytime you see a bill pushed through quickly, in a special session by Republicans, you can be sure it’s only going to benefit them and the insurance companies.

Anytime you have Insurance Companies and Politicians get together and come up with a "Relief" plan,,,,trust me the Floridian customer will not be the one's getting the relief.

Half the houses in my neighborhood have tarps on them and I just paid almost 17k for my new roof with no help from the insurance company whatsoever. 🥺 And our rates are still going up ..for us all.
