Taylor Swift fans flocked to Ticketmaster on Tuesday morning to purchase presale tickets for the artist’s upcoming Eras Tour. But many were met with errors on the website.
“We are aware fans may be experiencing intermittent issues with the site and are urgently working to resolve,” Ticketmaster’s fan support account tweeted around 8 a.m. PST.

Class action suit against tm. Please. Tickets should be sold at the box office only and fans should not be allowed to camp in line. Thats the only way to stop this.
I got on the waitlist for verified fan although I’ve been to every tour (one show each tour) except fearless (I was still in high school and my parents didn’t have much money). I’ve been with her since her self titled. I kept waiting hoping I would get a text but then watching the Reddit going crazy. Then I was waiting for the capital one presale and they moved it to Tomorrow. Im in Jax and trying to get the Friday Tampa show. A friend of mine got tickets and she said all that was left was the 300s. People were literally waiting 5 hours trying to get tickets online.
Awe what a shame… lol.. You people out there who thinks technology for everything is all that. Again, what happens when technology fails you? Shit i remeber going to the ticket tron, stepping up to the window, buying my concert tickets with cash and im ready to see the show. See yal forgot about the time when life before computers and technology was so easy, simple, no such thing as Identity theft, and the complexities of filling out a job application. Its getting to the point where you have to go online to take a piss. Oh well they did away with stepping up to a windo and buying a show ticket, why? Because it was easy and today's generation hates easy.. Go ahead humanity who has given up their lives and given in to computers. Warning, as Americans continue to freely put their personal information out there along with their private lives, Its going to get bad. Even business that don't take the very thing they're in the business to make…. money! Instead they want your account information. Thats not business, that's bullshit. Money has worked for humanity for the last 5000 years. Go ahead and do away with it and a door is going to be opened, leading to a whole new level of troubles that will cause hell in life. There are some things in life you simply just leave alone. Humanity is about to enter into a very difficult way of life and they are choking their own throughts. Why would a species make their own lives difficult to live? Humans have the power to turn their lives around and make things easy and simple for all but something other than greed is driving this species of planet earth into a life of technical hardships and hard to deal with times and they are voting for rulers who cant do a damn thing to help them. I'm in LA waiting for 3:00 because our presale was postponed due to the website crash. Praying I get tickets! I had floor tickets to Taylor's Lover Fest that was canceled due to Covid.
Ticketmaster is a JOKE. We que’d for 4 hours to get tix for Pittsburgh. We’re grateful but that’s ridiculous.
I understand if a fan “beats” you to tickets. What I believe to be unacceptable is the errors people had once they were already through checkout and clicked on purchase. That seems like a scam and not ok! Your system and planning grade F.
