Horrible, Manatee county has already turned into a toxic wasteland, now it’s going to get worse, more affordable housing ….give me a break, do you really think that land will go to the underprivileged, good luck living in a cesspool

The members comment about politics lacks credibility. Environmentalists genuinely care about keeping wildlife alive and well,while opening lands up to potential developers some of whom do not care much about the environment. If carefully managed there may be workable solutions.

Look into who got raises to help this pass. Absolute corruption, and they don't even try to hide it any longer because they've seen what happens at the federal and state levels without consequence. I hate what's happened to this area. It's heartbreaking when you've grown up here and see these monsters doing this. This is what happens when money worshipping people move here who have no ties to the area and are just trying to rape the land for profit. Republicans ran unopposed in most offices in Manatee county during the last election. These people are so horrible and greedy.
