Landlords who don't have their property taxes raise raise their rent just because everybody else did. I clean for a lady who is moved out of her house and bought an RV and they're going to travel the US and rent their home out for $3,000 a month and it's an old run-down home! That same house last year was only 1200 a month rent before they bought it. Our family had to move in together in one big house and split the rent because nobody could afford to live on their own. Our home last year was 1450, this year 2400! And this person has no mortgage on this house it was paid cash out right when first built in 2015! The Realtors are the ones that suggest to the owners to raise their rent that much because they get a percentage. So even if the owner wants to be nice and doesn't really need the money and is just going to rent the house out for a regular price the realtor will still convinced him to rent it out for even more so either way we get fucked by the realtor or the landlord or the mayor or the governor

Inflation is the highest in history, people are struggling to make ends meet, States and county officials boasting about all the money they have to play with, Police and public officials are paid exceptionally well and they want to jack up taxes? They must think everyone is stupid!
