Jumped the gun and got an orbiter and green dragon ph gonna start my carpet cleaning bis. What kind of other pads/equipment would I need?
I'm using the Mytee version of those…They really dig in. I don't have any Galaxy pads to compare the absorption qualities, but I thought the Mytee pads were better than the Zingers under an Oreck. I'm going to try my 15" 175 with the same test…I was cleaning a frieze.

We determine how well the pads work by the cleaned appearance of the carpet. The Microfibre hides the soil but most of the visible soils are drawn up into the absorbent foam in the middle. The advantage of the Ironman is being able to see the soil and even showing it to the customer. I used the Microfibre for years and I really like them with my Orbitec OP, but its best to have a variety of pads and determine which is the best option for each job.
