  • 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup bitter cream
  • ¾ cup key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated key lime zest
  • 3 key limes for garnish
  • 1 lime for garnish

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups finely floor graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon floor cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon finely floor graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Graham Cracker Crust

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine, and cinnamon till properly blended . Press combination into an eight or 9 inch pie plate. I save a few teaspoon of unmixed crushed graham cracker to garnish the highest of the pie.

  • Bake at 375 levels F (190 levels C) for 7 minutes. Cool. If recipe requires unbaked pie shell, simply chill for about 1 hour.
