For years Tallahassee has been stringent in funding to NC, disallowing it to make necessary improvements. Since the hostile takeover, millions are flowing into NC from Tallahassee on the false public declaration that the previous administration had been exempt.

Well I am upset because the students are taking up hotel space that the "migrants" could be using. Can't they commute to school?
