New development’s with poor irrigation causing major flooding for Wesley Chapel residents

Gov only creates problems, They never fix anything. Just make it worse.

The issue here is these people have been here first & only flood during storms not from the new development area (which is the cause of their current issue).

Rent pumps and pump it back towards the new development that is causing the floods.

Perhaps the other states in the Republic should be free also so the country doesn’t have to flee to Florida ? Maybe?

It's not just this area affected by new development's; it's happening all over the state! The need to grow Florida is disastrous for older neighborhoods! Our flood areas where "OUR" water shed goes is being developed and flooding the older areas. It is not okay to continue to build on watershed areas!

This will be Hale Road and Collier IF the high density request for REZONING is approved by County Commissioners.

I'd be upset too! What the city or county official told them is not okay. A bunch of BS, they need to fix it, yesterday!

That's messed up , it's all about the money, county wants all those taxes from the new development.

This is what happens when you buy swamp land and it's been over developed. Look up flood plains and report back.

Don't build in flood zones

It caused developers, and your representative should be called be and go a lawyer all neighbors should chip in. I’m sure you pay rain off taxes in your county.

Isn't that right where that watershed was that they built the mall on top of?
