My elderly disabled neighbor was left stranded at an appointment on 2 occasions. The CEO's salaries of these van service companies are $350K a year.

Happened to me too. Ive missed many & sometimes there's a no show cancellation fee before you can go back.

Lack of accountability and repercussions is the problem. Not only fire them but no UI … Ablest A-holes everywhere.

Even having Medicare, medi-cal or medicaid, the doctor's office can charge you for the appointment you missed. It's so wrong in many way. I'm glad you got her trips to the doctor's office fixed. You're awesome 🫶

They are awful, left my 80 year old mother wait for 3 hours to get her home, and forgot about her another time😢
