Alright…so you've had a couple of play days, what do you think about the Sebo / Oreck combination? I'm 62 and my 175 gives me a workout, not only lugging it around, but while cleaning. I tried a little pad comparison between the Zinger and the Mytee…I just don't want to work that hard. They dig in so much that I can't control the machine the way I want to. I'm thinking Sebo for prescrubbing, then "mop up" with my Orbiter. I'm one of those people who loves the Oreck, but it just doesn't quite have the punch that I want. It's that, or a smaller 175…mine is a 15", or maybe just less aggressive pads, but that won't make the machine any easier to lift.
Thanks for the video. I picked one up on ebay a couple of years ago. It has been reliable and light. To clean the brush rollers I use a gong brush. And carefully use a garden hose while it is running, having it on its side. And carefully towel off the brushes while running. Good to clean between jobs.
Paul, I've always been curious about this machine. I'm looking forward to seeing more videos on it. Curious to know if I can use this after my pre-spray to scrub then finish it off with my Oreck….
Sebo lasts for years. Great for stairs. Spin it around on the spot to treat stains. It will pull up knots on some oriental rugs. Wool safe and can can get in under desks. great in combo with oreck.
Yes! I have one and purchased in place of an expensive crb, this machine is fabulous and great to have. It will also give you those beautiful carpet squares in the carpet after cleaning. Be careful with the tray, it is easy to stay put when packing up to leave from a job. I have lost mine and need to replace. You have made a wise investment! I can't say enough, it's a great machine.
Oh my God you didn't Paul-e you stinker you I could have told you about this back when you was thinking about the crb because I bought one brand new that came with with four of their bags of dry compound cleaner for $400 out the door shipped directly from sibo's distributing center.
You said that you was only going to use it for thicker pile but if the carpet has any pile use it (see what it did to your short nap carpet) the only carpet that wouldn't be of much use of is commercial glue down and Berber where you would need a fiber pad instead. I love using mine when I do get to use it but you're still going to have to remove the brushes to get all of the filth out and like the other guy commented don't lose the screws and if you buy another one for your helper make sure that you and him always keep that tray nearby or lay it on its side even for the shortest moment to help prevent from the brushes getting disformed. Congratulations Paul 👍😁 Go polly go polly go polly go go 🙌😆 👍😉
I have one of those but it stripped out the belt drive pulley so I need a couple of parts. Its sitting in the garage for now, but it does work quite well. The brushes can clog up so watch out for that and it is so compact it is easy to store in the NV. Have fun with that!!
I have been using the sebo duo for at least 15 years. It will pick up lots of pet hair even after a thorough vacuum. It will also do a much quicker job of final brush. Vacuum, pre-spray , sebo and pad cap. The dry compound sucks. Be careful on thin delicate fibers with the standard brushes !
Hahaha. I bought one a month ago. Don't loose the screws when you take the brush out or you will have to steal one from a vacuum, don't ask how I know 😉.

Looks great. Looking forward to more videos of this thing in action.
This tool will be great when you have jobs that want you to use the foam spray or to put down the dry compound.
