  1. It does not make it easier to own a gun lady. The laws for purchasing a gun is goin to stay the same. All it changes is that the people who are legally able to buy a gun will then be able to carry it without a ccl….without a ccl you still have to wait three days after purchasing the gun before you can pick it up. Literally none of that changes. It’s about damn time too People need to be able to protect themselves.

  3. I am all for concealed carry, you can open carry on your property… though a course is basic info it should be required… I don't like the idea of open carry, if you get caught carrying while intoxicated or on drugs harsh penalties should follow…

  6. If having guns made people safer, then America would be the safest place on earth. Instead, it rates #2 worldwide for gun fatalities! Notice that DeSatan passed a new law that allows for armed guards in public schools, then passed this absurd gun law.

  10. Does this mean I have my right to bear arms if I live in Florida? (I have multiple marijuana permits)

    I never know if I have my constitutional right to bear arms or not lol. My neighbor doesn't want to get his marijuana license because he says that wont let him keep his gun permit lol.

  12. May as well pass it, it's not going to make a difference because people are carrying now with out a permit thanks to the crime wave the Democraps have created.we have the right to protect ourselves.

  14. I have been suggesting that people Boycott Florida because of this one more attack on the senses. Ban books. Don't say gay. Now let anyone have a gun without training and let them carry anywhere. You couldn't pay me a million dollars to travel to Florida for any reason. If you live in Florida and have kids I suggest you move out of that State.

  17. Permitless carry & Open carry laws do not "Give" guns to criminals… criminals do not go to gun stores and fill out paperwork for their background checks. This just makes it easier for law abiding persons to carry without paying for a piece of paper! Do you really think a piece of paper will protect the public from criminals? Go talk to the families of the hundreds of women who have been killed while being "Protected" by a Judge signed "No Contact" Protected Order, after all that's a piece of paper too!

    I'm thankful for the States and Governors & other Politicians who are willing to protect our rights to protect ourselves!

  27. I am surprised it has taken Flordia this long to pass this Bill. Tennessee passed Permitless Carry several years ago, before Covid. Tennessee has a Bill to lower age to 18 years old to carry, and carry long guns.

  30. This is ridiculous and deadly. The gun manufacturers have them in their pockets. The majority of law-abiding citizens and gun owners do not agree with the permitless carrying of firearms.

  31. It's about time Florida! Looks like Florida will be the 26th state to pass permitless carry. Although they better get it through the Senate as there are 3 other states about to pass similar laws.
