The NFL Conference Championship Weekend has concluded. We now know who will participate in Super Bowl LVII. Here is a look at how former Florida State players performed and which former Seminoles advance to the big game:

NFC Championship: Philadelphia Eagles 31, San Francisco 49ers 7

Eagles: Defensive end Josh Sweat started. He had three tackles, including two solo tackles. He also had a tackle for loss and a quarterback hurry. Defensive end Janarius Robinson is on injured reserve. Offensive tackle Roderick Johnson and defensive tackle Marvin Wilson are both on the practice squad.

49ers: None

AFC Championship: Kansas City Chiefs 23, Cincinnati Bengals 20

Chiefs: Defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi started. He was in on a tackle. Defensive end Joshua Kaindoh was inactive.

Bengals: None

The Super Bowl between the Eagles and Chiefs will be played on Sunday, February 12th at 6:30 p.m. ET. It will be shown on FOX.
