OMG, since when do customers pay contractors before the job is finished??? I KNOW here in Texas when building a pool or refurbishing a pool and you go through the bank to get the job done—The bank will ONLY pay the contractors once the job is COMPLETED!!! Plus the city makes sure every step of the way that jobs are being done correctly and accurately and are UP TO CODE!!! These contractors KNOW here in Texas they don’t want to screw up!!!
