  1. The road should have been in prior to homes. Someone look up permitting. County staff? Building permitting start there you have a traffic light on the street? Get to the county ordinance, permitting. Pray for you new Pasco residents. You have to do your due diligence right now. This is violation I believe. Who overlooked this. Call the Governors office you can make complaint also meet with him. County is lacking

  2. Zero surprise. This is one of the shady builders that frequently greased palms in PassGo county -to change FLOOD PLAIN Zoning, maps, elevations & worse; more than 30% of these subdivisions are lower than listed! Owners will find out when the next storm actually DOES hit.. Grateful Ian missed

  3. Welcome to 1800 or to Biden's post nuclear war with Russia and China! Get 3 bids for paving the road themselves from Contractor's that are already approved by the city. Give Lennar the 3 bids and that the homeowners are choosing the middle of the road bid and they will prescribe a moderate fee for their time and energy. Then sue for that amount!

  4. Given the continuous white fence along the front of the homes, and having looked at the Google Map of the location, not to mention that a concrete sidewalk has been cast, but no driveways, it is quite clear that vehicular access to those homes is, and was likely always intended to be to the rear of the homes.

This arrangement is not unusual, that homes have a front that looks onto a street where the address is, but vehicular access is from behind.
