Pinellas teachers, support staff ask for more money to tackle ‘critical shortage’

These teachers should get performance based raises. If most of your students cannot pass a standard test then you should lose money. If the majority pass then you get a raise. Awarding shitty schools and teachers is why our education system is a joke.

Saying they care for all of their employees/students is a bold face lie. They care about keeping the money moving.
