  1. Boy did he really f the hell up, so many lives ruined and thought he and mom and sister would just carry on. It just baffles me to no end that he actually thought everything they did was discreet and would never get caught! How did these people go on with life and not think it would all lead to them!?

  2. I wonder at this point if the state sees Charlie as a suicide risk – the real reason they denied bail. Criminal psychologists study these people in these situations. Adelson went from a luxurious, decadent lifestyle to solitary confinement. He knows he would be going right back to it forever sometime next year. Just saying.

  3. Charlie's reaction at 1:50 to Judge saying he's a danger to the community reminds me of the Dulce Vida recording. He's talking to Katie about the "bad guy" coming to his house to get the money and says something like "you have a dead gang member in the driveway and 2 oral surgeons…who's word are they gonna believe?"…Such an entitled prick. He is a danger to the community. Good call by Judge Wheeler.

  4. Rich white man got himself in the system he had it all but killed a man for his kids. There just isn't a good enough reason for someone WITH EVERYTHING GOOD IN LIFE to want MORE THAN THAT and kill a father he's already looking shocked at the horrible conditions of the jail

  5. Donna wanted her grandchildren all to herself and Wendi wanted her children for herself too. They got rid of the father and now it's judgement day. Charlie paid to take a life then he should spent the rest of his filthy life in prison. Donna and Wendi, we, Americans, won't rest until both of you pay.

  6. What is absolutely mystifying is how for 8 years and 2 trials, in jail throughout, Katherine Magbanua would not accept FULL IMMUNITY and walk home to her 2 children. Knowing the stakes don’t get any higher. Absolutely no sense of self preservation. Even if the risk was 1% she was offered full immunity. Someone explain it to me. Please.

  7. At least this way Charlie will get used to what the rest of his life behind bars will be like.
It will also give him time to reflect and decide if he wants to take a bullet for his mother and sister. Or, if he wants to tune his pipes and start singing like a canary and reveal who’s really behind the murder of Professor Dan Markel.

  8. Absolutely no sympathy here and I was right that they wouldn't let him go, great job by the state. Now it's time to arrest the mother, father, and Wendi, and remove the kids from them and give them to the Markels.

  9. Sunk by his run off mouth…….if they put a shill in his cell waiting for trial we'll find out the whole story…..he belongs in jail for the rest of his life, and likely his momma also…..the rest of them are at best accessories after the fact.

  10. HA: “I was surprised they (the FBI) didn’t come to me first”
HA: “is that what you agreed with Katie?”
HA: “I didn’t think they (the FBI) were that smart
HA: “Are they (the FBI) allowed to do that?

    FRY THE OLD BASTARD!!

More than enough to throw Harvey and Wendi in with the rest of the rats to die in jail (no offense to real rats 🐀). No mercy for the Adelsons.

  11. I guess Charlie, Mom Dad and Wendi lived in a world where they weren't held accountable for their actions and were use to "what the Edelson's want they get". Money can't buy EVERYTHING!!!

  12. I am thrilled that justice will be pursued against the wealthy privileged ! I assumed the obvious mastermind would never be held accountable … so happy to see this moving ahead. Next question is „what about Wendy“ ?
