  1. They urge property owners to protect themselves? Sounds like they need people in CHARGE of it to actually do the protecting. Maybe start requiring all property changes to be notarized? would kinda fix all of it.

  2. amazing they want the homeowners to do the work when in fact theyre the ones who mare allowing the Fraud to take place theyre the people who should be checking all the data provoded & reaching out – seems to me the state system has multiple flaws when it comes to actually verifing who a person is – seems to me if the Police can simply do a quick background check that includes a photo etc, the court system should be able to do the same & BOOM photo doesnt match ? well then papaerwork denied – gee whiz even a simple phone call to the owner legal would have stopped that BS
