The insurance and banks are defrauding the customers. The bank forces us to pay for insurance, if you file a claim they denied it, force you to hire a lawyer that at the end keeps the largest portion of the pay out. We should not be force to paid property insurance, it is money down the drain, lawmakers should protect the customers.

Here is the solution to insurance if you haven't filed a claim in 2 years you should get a refund of 1 year premium cost.
But the reason they won't is because the scam is to profitable for them. Your premiums are used against you to pay politicians to let them continue to rip you off.

Solution is simple.. DeSantis needs to throw all the insurance companies out of FL and FL business owners pool together an insurance option for their residences.

Insurers have the means to stop the fraud. They won't do it as long as they can keep committing their own fraud against the insured by raising their rates. Also, hosts of lawsuits filed against insurance companies are completely legit because the companies stall paying claims or deny them. The recently announced plan to stop the fraud is just one more dog and pony show that will go nowhere.

Insurance…. something you pay "Just in case" something happens, but when nothing EVER happens, you are never given a refund.
Insurance…. something you pay your entire life, but benefits people after your death.
Insurance…. something that recommends regularly scheduled medical appointments and then complaints about increasing cost of care.
