Realistic Expectations? 14 years Never Been Cleaned 😫 Here We Go!

This carpet has never been cleaned during its 14 year life. It’s a small apartment so there are definitely heavily walked traffic lanes. When the carpets are in this kind of shape it’s good to have realistic expectations on what the carpet cleaner can do. Here, it turned out much better than expected. As a professional carpet cleaner I always like to leave the carpets looking as close to new as possible, but I realize that in some cases those type of results are unattainable. Thanks for watching
