Meanwhile, DeSantis continues his bully crusade against anyone who dared oppose him. He targeted the teachers' union for daring to support Crist. He wants to stop teachers union dues automatically deducted from their paychecks. He characterizes this as some outside influence controlling education, while he has interfered in school board elections in a manner never before seen. He line vetoed budgets for districts whose parents wanted their kids to wear masks and now manipulated the elections to oust Democrats from the boards. Obviously that's his goal in removing Warren, and was his goal when he exempted every county commission from holding an election this year except Pinellas, where he wanted to get rid of the Democrat and replace her with his stooge.
Given the destructive decisions from courts across the country – like Justice Cannon ruling in a case where she had no standing, up to to the liars appointed to SCOTUS – I don't have a lot of faith in the outcome here.
Our representative republic is being torn apart by tyrants like DeSantis and Tr**p.
