They can make plastics that start to decompose in as little as three weeks with organic carbon based materials! Sugar cane and hemp are prime resources to make plastics! Wake up fools!!!!

We've had a green bin for yard/tree waste for probably 10 or 15 years now. I'm in a Northern California town, just a few miles from the Camp Fire and home to the Lake Oroville Emergency Spillway disaster.
