so the 1st party sold supplies to the 2nd party then failed to pay the debt owed for those supplies & now the 3rd party is liable for the debt owed by the 2nd party for the supplies used by the 2nd party – seems to me the 1st party is going to have a hard time proving just where those supplies were used – gee whiz, by that account there sure would be quite a lot of homeowners liable for someone else debt

LLC should be LLTYC. Limited Liability to Your Customers, which is the biggest scam in america. If you don't believe me then start up about 50 LLC's and sell them for 1 dollar, after you accru over 100,000 in DEPTH and are not liable to pay a friggin cent back. FYLLC
